Dear Jon and Fran
 
Well – everything went ahead last Saturday and I can now tell you that we are ecstatically engaged!
 
Just wanted to let you guys know, as you guys were so pivotal and I am greatly thankful for the service and the time you took to educate me. When I proposed the stone looked incredible and absolutely blew her away. Once I had settled down, I was able to tell her about the stone’s origins, the process I had been through getting it, the specs about her stone and it’s uniqueness.
 
She was able to see the care that had gone through in it’s selection and how this was made for her, that’s what brought her to tears! I sounded like I knew what I was talking about because of you!

After extensive research on the internet, I decided to enquire about a diamond suitable for an engagement ring from Fran & Jon.

Due to distance constraints I was unable to travel to view diamonds personally, but after my first phone conversation with Fran I had complete confidence to buy “blind”.

The diamond recommended by Fran based on my requirements exceeded all expectations, and has now been set in a ring of my fiancé’s choice.

The result…SPECTACULAR!

We can recommend <removed> to design and make the ring; he was incredibly patient, (we had three wax models of the ring made before we were happy with the design)!  I am glad we took the time to get the design right, because it really does show how beautiful the stone is.

Many thanks for a wonderful purchasing experience and a beautiful diamond.

After researching far and wide it was obvious you had the stone we were
after, at far better value than was obtainable elsewhere (had even looked at
importing).  It was an unexpected bonus to receive such a genuinely warm
reception when we visited - for all three of us! My sister was full of
praise and passes on her regards also.  We all loved the tea and bikkies
diamond education - and particularly enjoyed examining the different grades
and colours of diamond up close with loupes and back-lighting.

The whole experience was really special and we cannot recommend you highly
enough.
